No - you are welcome to visit our Sales Centers at any time during hours of operation, no appointment required. However, if you prefer to call ahead, you are welcome to do so.

Yes! Please contact the Sales Center to schedule an after-hours appointment. For Sales Center driving directions, hours, and contact information, select the community under "find your home".

Typically when you purchase a newly constructed home the process can take anywhere from 1-6 months depending on the schedule and timing of your particular home and home site. Your personal sales consultant will be better able to answer this question for you with reference to your community.

Your community consultant can help you best with the process however it is usually easier to choose which model you like first and then move to a homesite selection. Different communities offer different models and it is important to know which model you desire before deciding which homesite works best for you and the model you've chosen. Nevertheless if you have your heart set on a particular homesite you should move quickly to secure it.

According to the National Association of Home Builders YES! Occupants of new homes are much less likely to die from fire than occupants of older homes. New homes have hard-wired smoke detectors that operate even when the power goes out. Wood stoves, the second leading cause of fire deaths are not needed in new homes because of more efficient central heating systems and better insulation.

Approximately one week before your closing date, a Construction team member will coordinate and conduction your New Home Orientation. The New Home Orientation is a vital and important step in understanding your new home.

Brownstone Homes takes pride in building a high quality, well-appointed homes with an extensive amount of design features included that are considered options or up-grades by other builders. We are able to do so by working with select tradesmen and suppliers who are prepared to construct each home consistently in accordance with our predetermined contracting and direction. Modifications to these plans are unavailable. This efficient and streamlined process lowers building costs, which in turn results in a lower home price and better value for you!
